Sooo...the semester is almost over and my grades are looking pretty spectacular..... ^-^. I have a great job lined up for the summer, working as a file clerk for a construction office..... ^-^'. I am really excited. Can't wait to get out of here, although the summer will not be completely free. I plan on working on my skills as an artist/designer/crafts-person :).
I want to be ready for the next run through of the dreaded SPEC(ialization) review!
My schedule next semester is looking a little challenging which is a good thing for me, I think.. I'll be taking two Spanish classes (because my minor is Spanish) back to back, which should be great... I am also going to knock out some other GNED courses such as Economics and Public Speaking..... I soooooooo do not want to save those boring things for senior year... I want fun and interesting classes senior year.
I am thinking really hard about taking painting, more illustration courses, ceramics, and possibly German (I know random huh? but there is reason...) My mother is German and I was born in Germany, yet she only taught me my numbers when I was little, and still I don't say them correctly because my Spanish interferes with my pronunciation of the German. I still want to learn the language though... and also Italian, Latin, Japanese, and tons more Spanish as in all dialects... heh... over-ambitious..I know...I know...
Hmmmm... oh and I am taking Illustration I and possibly Design Drawing, if I don't drop it. I heard it is a very demanding class, and if I take it I'll be taking 18 credit hours AGAIN...if I drop I'll only have 15. I like taking a full load of classes because I am paying for my own education, and I don't see the point of paying the exact same amount to come here and only take a minimum number of classes. I think that is dumb, especially since it is MY money.. not anyone else's. But whatever..people do as they will....and I surely will do what I do. ^-^... ok enough rambling...
